Who
Our ExperienceTelehealth, e-therapy, or online counseling is quickly becoming the trend amongst practitioners of all types. Many therapists now offer online counseling through their regular brick and mortar private practice as a tack-on service or have moved to total telehealth since the onset of the pandemic. We are telehealth certified even prior to Covid and can easily help you navigate any issues with technology. We have a clear understanding of the nuances of the therapeutic relationship that develop in the telehealth setting. We will talk with you about what is involved in participating in therapy online via our secure platform right from the beginning so you know what to expect. We will walk you through all the ins and outs until you feel relaxed and comfortable, just as if we were in the same room together.
|
Our GoalWe will create a compassion focused, meaningful and safe space for you where you can feel free to share whatever is on your mind without judgement. We are committed to your journey of self-discovery and healing in a way that provides comfort while simultaneously gently challenging roadblocks to growth. We will bring our passions and experience into each session and will work to make the most of our time together, whether that be solution focused brief therapy or something long term. We will not practice outside of our scope and if we are not the right fit for you for any reason, we will do our best to help you find someone who will be. We are absolutely passionate about access to mental health treatment. So, if for any reason this is an area of difficulty for you, please let us know so that we can assist in your referral process or discuss other creative solutions to care. We have mental health resources at our fingertips all over the state and will do our best to help you get connected so your need for treatment can be met, even if it's not with us. If you call, we will call back. If you email, we will respond. That is our commitment to you.
